DueDock is a payday-synced bill concierge—not an app that needs your bank logins. We set up a private, live bill calendar that auto-updates on your phone, deliver a one-page Pay-Sprint each month (with tap-to-pay links), and send 5/2/1-day SMS reminders so nothing’s late. We also watch internet/cell promo end dates and give you a quick call script to keep rates low. You always pay providers directly; we just organize, remind, and keep you on schedule. Late-Fee Shield: if our on-time reminders went out and a tracked bill is paid late, your next month is free.

Is my data secure with duedock?
Yes—privacy-first by design.
No bank logins. We never ask for (or store) passwords, online-bank access, or full account numbers.
Data we keep (minimal): bill names, due dates, typical amounts, pay links/phone, your contact info. Account labels are masked (e.g., ••••1234).
Payments: handled by Stripe; we never see your card details.
Storage & access: your Pay-Sprint PDFs and calendar live in a private, share-only folder; access is limited to you and DueDock. We use TLS, strong passwords, and 2FA on all admin accounts.
No selling your data. No ads, no data brokers.
Deletion & portability: email us anytime to export or delete everything; we remove active copies within 48 hours and purge routine backups shortly after.
Scope: administrative reminders only—you pay providers directly.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes—DueDock is month-to-month with no contracts.
How to cancel: Click “Manage subscription” in any receipt email (Stripe portal), or email/text us and we’ll cancel for you.
Billing after cancel: You won’t be charged again. You can stop reminders immediately or let them run until your period ends.
Refunds: We don’t prorate the current month. If you had an unused Late-Fee Shield credit, we’ll apply it to the next cycle or issue a one-cycle fee credit if you already canceled.
Setup fee: Refundable until we deliver your first Pay-Sprint + live calendar; after delivery, it’s non-refundable.
Reactivating: Come back anytime in one click.
Are reminders available?
Yes—reminders are built in.
SMS by default: We text 5 / 2 / 1 days before each due date.
Weekly snapshot: A 2-line “This week pay: …” message every Monday.
Live calendar alerts: Add our private Google/Apple calendar and get native notifications on your phone.
