DueDock — Terms And Conditions

1) Who we are
DueDock (“DueDock,” “we,” “us”) provides an administrative bill-reminder concierge: a live calendar, a monthly “Pay-Sprint” checklist, and SMS/email nudges. We do not access your bank, pay bills for you, or provide financial, legal, tax, or medical advice.
2) Acceptance of these Terms
By visiting duedock.com or subscribing to the Service (together, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
3) Eligibility & accounts
You must be 18+ and able to form a contract. If you manage bills for another person, you represent you are authorized to share their information. Keep your contact details accurate.
4) What DueDock does (and doesn’t)
Does: create a private, live bill calendar; deliver a monthly Pay-Sprint PDF; send 5/2/1-day reminders; provide general scripts (e.g., promo-end or due-date change requests).
Does not: request/store bank logins; move money; contact providers on your behalf (unless explicitly stated); guarantee provider actions/posting times; provide individualized financial, legal, tax, debt-management, or credit-repair services.
5) Plans, fees, and billing
Monthly plans: Lite $12.99/mo, Plus $19.99/mo, Pro $29.99/mo (taxes may apply).
One-time setup: $29 (calendar + first Pay-Sprint).
Add-ons (optional): Printed Pay-Sprint +$6/mo; extra viewer +$4/mo; extra Card-Reissue Sweep $29/event; additional bills +$0.50/bill/mo; rush setup +$15.
Auto-renewal: Billed monthly in advance via Stripe until canceled. You authorize recurring charges.
Price changes: We may change prices with at least 14 days’ notice; changes apply to the next cycle.
6) Cancellations & refunds
Cancel anytime from your receipt/portal link or by contacting us. Your plan remains active through the current paid period; no prorated refunds. Setup fee is refundable until we deliver your first Pay-Sprint and live calendar; after delivery, it’s non-refundable.
7) Late-Fee Shield
If a tracked bill is paid late and our reminders went out on time, we credit your next month’s DueDock fee (we do not reimburse provider fees).
Eligibility: (a) Bill appeared in your Pay-Sprint 7+ days before its due date; (b) due date/amount shown were correct; (c) we sent 5/2/1-day reminders to your chosen channel without bounce.
Exclusions: You asked us to snooze/skip; provider changed the due date with <48h notice; provider posting/outage issues; insufficient funds/bank holds.
Claim: Email proof within 7 days of the late notation. Limit 1 credit per 30 days per account.
8) Messaging consent (SMS/email)
By providing your number/email, you consent to operational messages (reminders, snapshots, service notices). Msg/data rates may apply. Frequency varies. Reply STOP to stop texts; HELP for help. Stopping texts may affect reminder delivery.
9) Cookies & tracking (website)
We use essential cookies to operate the site and may use analytics to understand usage in aggregate. Some third-party embeds (e.g., video, forms, payments) may set their own cookies. Manage cookies in your browser. See our Privacy Policy for details.
10) Intellectual property & license
All content, templates, the Pay-Sprint format, logos, and site design are our IP. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use deliverables for your personal or household use while subscribed. Do not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the Service.
11) User content & reviews
If you submit feedback, reviews, or materials, you grant DueDock a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display them for Service operation and promotion. You warrant your submissions don’t infringe others’ rights or contain unlawful content. We may remove content we deem inappropriate.
12) Linking to our site
You may link to our homepage in a way that is fair and lawful and does not damage our reputation or suggest endorsement. We may withdraw linking permission at any time. Do not use our logo without written permission.
13) Third-party links & services
Our Service may link to third-party sites or use third-party tools (e.g., Stripe for payments, calendar/SMS/email providers). Their terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for third-party content, outages, or changes.
14) Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape, interfere with operation, or use it for unlawful purposes. Do not share others’ personal data without consent.
15) Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. DueDock does not guarantee on-time posting by any provider.
16) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DueDock’s total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to DueDock in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages (including late fees, lost profits, data loss, or goodwill).
17) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DueDock and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising out of (a) your use of the Service; (b) your breach of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any law or third-party rights.
18) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a new version with the updated Effective date. Material changes will be notified by email or on-site. Continued use means you accept the changes.
19) Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts principles. You agree that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue are (a) the state courts located in Fort Bend County, Texas, and (b) the federal courts of the Southern District of Texas, Houston Division. You and DueDock consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
20) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. Upon termination, your license ends and access to deliverables may cease, except as required by law.
21) Miscellaneous
Severability; waiver (no waiver unless in writing); assignment (you may not assign without consent; we may assign in connection with a merger or sale); entire agreement (these Terms + Privacy Policy).
